Didn't know it at the time, but my first ship helped me for the rest of my life. Hard-nosed 1st Class Radioman Cartrette rode me hard, and I hated him. Now have much respect for him and 2nd Class Horn. Those were good days...I just didn't know it. elatouf@austin.rr.com
