Looking for Help

Mr. Savino,
It truly was a pleasure speaking with you this evening.  I must say that I'm always impressed with the tight "brotherhood" and desire to help sailors have for each other.  You, of course, are no exception.  As I explained to you, the firm I work for, Waters & Kraus, LLP, represents Mrs. Ninneman in a lawsuit filed against various defendants who manufactured asbestos-containing products that were aboard the ships Mr. Ninneman rendered tender services to while in the Navy.  According to our records, Mr. Ninneman served aboard the USS Sierra (AD-18) from approximately 1956-1959 as a shipfitter/pipefitter.  If you can try and make contact with anyone who may have held that same job title or who may have had a different job title but worked in the same vicinity/area as Mr. Ninneman, that would be a huge help.  The key is to find someone who knew Mr. Ninneman and/or who served aboard the Ninneman during the same time as he did  who could testify as to what types of things Mr. Ninneman did as a pipefitter/ship fitter.  I am hopeful that we may be able to find someone who knew Mr. Ninneman, but in the event that we don't, we can always look for someone who will be willing to help us out by providing information as to the types of equipment Mr. Ninneman worked with and the types of repair that was done on this equipment.

My contact information is below.  Please feel free to contact me any time.  I am committed to helping the Ninneman family during this difficult time.  I look forward to hearing from you Mr. Savino.

Have a very nice evening.

Demetrios
